Return & Refund Policy

At ZhWigs, every hair system is carefully prepared before shipment. As each order requires 7–10 business days for preparation and is considered a hygiene product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, altered, cut, washed, or customized.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zhwigs1@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the error was caused by ZhWigs.

Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

Estimated preparation time: 7–10 business days.

Shipping time varies depending on the destination country.
